It is never too late to follow your passions. After graduating in law and then in foreign languages, I worked in advertising in Paris and London, while cooking remained my lifelong passion.
In 2010, my husband and I launched one of London’s first supper clubs. “Underground dining” moved into the spotlight and my creative hobby quickly became a professional calling as I realised that private, tailored dining experiences were my true path.
With the priceless mentorship of chef Francesco Mazzei, I spent a year learning how to manage the art — and orchestrated chaos — of a professional kitchen, before starting my own journey as a personal chef.
Today I craft bespoke menus for my clients, respecting dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Every experience is designed to be intimate and unique — from private celebrations and dinners at home to exclusive corporate events.
